On MAC:(running MacOS)

Safari

Unfortunately Safari does not allow the upload of pictures, due to a blockage in Finder. You cannot upload any of the following formats:

PDF, PNG, HEIC, JPEG,(all image formats)

.txt may work. Untested, but theoretically can be added as it is not shaded in.

Opera:

Same as Safari.

Firefox: Works.

Click Image, upload, you'll get a pop up window. Select your file in Finder.

TOR:

Theoretically it will work. It is based off Firefox.

Edge:

Does not work.

Chrome:

Does not work.

THE ABOVE IS FOR MAC. ONLY.

Windows: I will be adding info for Windows as soon as I am able to test.

In the meantime, use Firefox(it's free), or Gyazo(as Melody explains in Sticky Topics, it's called "How to Upload a Picture")

It probably doesn't happen in windows since there you could choose which types.

In MacOS you have no way of doing so.

Sadly.
