What is the value of 4-3? I tried this on a calculator (google calculator... lol) but it gives me this weird answer that I don't even think is true. Please help me out!

$$\\4^{-3}=\frac{4^{-3}}{\textcolor[rgb]{0,0,1}{1}} = \frac{1}{\textcolor[rgb]{0,0,1}{1}*4^{+3}}=\frac{1}{4^3}=\frac{1}{64}$$
To get rid of a negative indice swap the number or pronumeral with it to the other side of the fraction line and change the negative indice into a positive one.
If that leaves nothin on the top then put a 1 there.
I put the 2 ones in blue to show you that it did not change its position!
