I answered this one  a few days back, but cannot find that post....so here it is again

200 kg of which 95% is water means that 

200 * .95 = 190 kg of water     and    10 kg of 'berry solids'

After two days thee is STILL 10 kg of berry solids...and this represents now 10% of the total weight 

    .10 ( x) = 10  kg     where x is the total weight 

           x = 10 /.10 = 100 kg is the new weight of strawberries after a sunny two days 

x^2 + (-4)^2 = 20

x^2 + 16 = 20

x= +-2  

so the points of intersection are  (2,-4) and (-2,-4)     the distance between these points is 4  units

IF  2x/3    =   3     we know the value of the function is  '4'     <===== given 

    so     2x/3 = 3 

               x = 9/2 = 4.5 

for this value of 'x'   we know that  f(x) = 4     now     add '5' to the function and the value becomes  9    then divide by 11  = 9/11

   so a point on the new graph would be    (4.5, 9/11)

Similar to your other post 

1000 ft^2  requires    10 members * 10 minutes = 100 members_minutes 

     now for the same 1000 ft^2 wall, divide by 5 members 

           100 member_minutes / 5 members = 100 / 5 minutes = 20 minutes 

To paint the 100 ft^2 wall takes 10 members 10 minutes =   100 member_minutes for the wall 

      Now divide by 15 members 

               100 member_minutes / 15 members = 100/15  minutes = 6  2/3 minutes     

Use the law of cosines to find  AC

AC^2 = 6^2 + 8^2 - 2 (6)(8)cos135  

AC = 12.957   units

Then use Heron's formula  to find the area

Area = sqrt ( s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c) ) 

      s = 1/2 ( 6 + 8 + 12.957) 

              a = 6     b = 8    c = 12.957    units 

   Plug in the values to find area = 16.97 units^2
