$$2\times3\sqrt6=6\sqrt6$$
That looks good - I wish I had more time. I'd love to play with more of these polynomial problems.
There is never enough time when you are having fun
I did that too Alan but I am wondering how to get it by hand.
Given time I shall work it out unless someone else works it out and shows me beforehand.
$$2x \quad -5/2+3+1\\ =2x \quad -2.5+4\\ =2x \quad +1.5\\ =2x+1.5$$
$$1x^3+5x^3=6x^3$$
The coefficient is 6

how many 5 person committees can be formed from a group of 6 woman and 4 men if there must be at least 3 men
3M,2W 4C3*6C2 = 4*15 = 60
4M,1W 4C4*6C1= 1*6 = 6
Total = 66 different committees are possible
I have seen this exact question answered before.
Maybe the search function will bring up the answer for you
Good try sasflower but you have made a couple of little mistakes. I'll give you thumbs up for your good effort :)
