If it is exact than it is rational.

If it is an approximation because your calc ran out of digits, then it most likely represents an irrational number but i would have to see the origonal calc input to give you a more definite answer.  :)

the 2 is significant and so is the 3.

BUT it really does depend on the situation.  You need the whole question to say for sure.  :)

This cannot be simplified.  $$m^2 \;\;and\;\;m^3$$      are not like terms.  Like terms have to have the same letters and they must be raised to the same powers.

You made a caresless error anon.  So it is not quite right :(
