I think this is an English understanding problem Solviet.

If a pink card is next to a green card it can mean in either order.  Either pink,green or green,pink

If I cared about the order I might say that the pink is to the left (or right) of green

Do you understand this ?

Bur when you glue them together they can be  pink green   OR  green pink

So I believe the answer is

I have put in lots of extra steps to help you to understand.

When you change the divide to a multply you have to turn the second one upside down. :)

The number n! means n factorial, but what does it represent  

n! = 1 * 2* 3* ..... *n

so

6! = 1*2*3*4*5*6

log2(8)+1/2log2(4)

\(log_2(8)+\frac{1}{2}log_2(4)\\ =log_2(2^3)+\frac{1}{2}log_2(2^2)\\ =3log_2(2)+2*\frac{1}{2}log_2(2)\\ =3*1+2*\frac{1}{2}*1\\ =3+1\\ =4\)
