Yes  that is true but there is not enough time for a second person to check all answers.

The ticks are more an indication that someone has  given a genuine answer. (or at least genuinely attempted to)

The asker should not automatically assume that the answer is correct, even if it has been ticked.  

It is up to the asker to decide if the answer is to be accepted or rejected.  Askers (and other people)  are always welcome to question what we write.

hENCE THERE MUST BE A ROOT BETWEEN X=0 AND X=0.5

I am not sure that that is the presentation that you want, but it certainly is the jist of it.  :)

I don't understand your expression.  Perhaps you can use brackets for the top and bottom of the fractions. and use a / sign between them to indicate a fractions

eg

$$\frac{x+1}{5-2y}$$

would be written as (x+1)/(5-2y)
