If you are just looking for the slope, or gradient of the line and you have a perpendicular line slope/gradient, all you need to do is multiply by -1 and flip the fraction/get the reciprocal of the gradient of the perpendicular line.
-3/2 x -1=3/2
Flip the fraction to get 2/3
That is the gradient of the line.
For the equation of the line, you can draw it or visulise a graph because you don't have a second co-ordinate.
So for every 3, it goes 2 up.
The equation for a line that has gradient 2/3 and passes through point (6,3) would be
y=2/3x-1
