do you mean -1? Becuase if you do its -0.99943129233. How i got that is simple do (18/38) then use the "power button on the calculator or type in 10 then -1. It has to look like this tho ((18/38) 10th-1

just divide the amount of degrees it covers by the amount it takes too. So 360=the shape of the watch aka circle or whatever 

60 seconds=A minuite

so=360/60=6

6 degrees per second

just type it in or do (1/2) remember put it in ( ) or it wont work if you do it like above then it will divide 1/2 as if it were a division problem instead of a fraction. So type it like so $${\mathtt{6}}{\mathtt{\,\times\,}}\left({\frac{{\mathtt{1}}}{{\mathtt{2}}}}\right)$$

wait is that tan -1 radian? I think so. Anyways this can be done in the calculator. Just go to the home menu and type tan which is on the left side of the calculator bottom and then type in 11/6 or press the buttons anyways do sorry that i had to explain that.....We have to give FULL DETAILED ANSWERS here but the soultion is down here -2.8552474952.

The admin might not have added that feature to the phone. Also the screen thing shouldnt be a problem because their is a protocol in the phone that will automatically load the page to fit all the data bits in the device that are needed to load the site. If there was a data problem however, then the phone would not be able to generate the page at all so yeah obviously not the problem. Maybe if you explain it to me a little futher Rose i could help you but again, im sure it is the latter problem.
