total number of committees = \(\binom{20}{4} = 4845\)

number of committees without any boys = \(\binom{10}{4} = 210\)

 

probability: \(1 - \frac{210}{4845} = \frac{4635}{4845} = \boxed{\frac{309}{323}}\)
