= (-3)(2)(3^2)(5)(2^2)(3^3) =
(-6)(9)(5)(4)(27) = -29,160
"x" can be ANYTHING because 3x / 3x = just '1'....so your equation is mis-written....can you re ask your question?
OOppps....sorry...didn't type that correctly....
Still have a problem with the tetrahedron......when it is rolled it lands on one face...the other three faces are equally showing....
wouldn't the probability of NOT showing a '1' be just 1/4
Still have a problem with the tetrahedron......when it is rolled it lands on one face...the other three faces are equally showing....wouldn't the probability of NOT showing a '1' then be 3/4 ?
(400.58-332.48)/400.58 x 100% = 17 %
6+x+x+x+x/6=1.5. What is x
= 6 + (3x +1/6 x) = 1.5
3 1/6 x = -4.5
x = -4.5 / (3 1/6) = -4.5 / (19/6) = -4.5 * (6/19) = -27/19
There is a WHOLE LINE of answers for this as it is the quation for a line......if you gaph it, any point on the line graph will be a solution.
4/5 x 2/2
= 4/5 x 1 = 4/5 or = (4x2) / (5 x 2) = 8/10 = 4/5
It means basically find 'x' values that satisfy the quadratic equation of the form ax^2 + bx + c = 0
If you graph the equation you will see where it crosses the 'x' axis in two places ......these would be the 'zeroes' which are sometimes also called 'roots' .
