Those given angles can't be right.  But if you want to solve     

this, remember the sum of the three angles in triangle DMA     

is 180^o.  Solve for angle DMA.  Then angle BMA plus angle     

DMA total 180^o.     

There were 42 students in the classroom. There were 10% more girls than boys. A few girls went to the restroom. As a result, the number of boys became 25% more than the number of girls in the classroom. How many girls went to the restroom?     

G = B + 0.10B   —>  G = 1.1B     

B + G = 42         —>  B + 1.1B = 42
