Google the polynomial remainder theorem. :))
Remember that if they are divisable, the remainder should be 0.
Perpendicular line is a negative reciprocal sope.
-2/5 turns into 5/2.
y = 5/2x + b
2 = 5/2(-7) + b
39/2 = b
y = 5/2x + 39/2
Sequence A
2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256
Sequence B
10, 30, 50, 70, 90, 110, 130, 150, 170, 190, 210, 230, 250, 270, 290,
130 - 128 = 2 is the closest we can get.
y + x + y - x = 180
2x = y - x
Can you take it from here?
7y + 5y = 180
5y + 3y + x = 180
f(f(f(f(1+i))))
f(1+i) = 2i
f(2i) = -4
f(-4) = -8
f(-8) = -16
3x + y + xy = 115
(x + 1)(y + 3) - 3 = 115
(x + 1)(y + 3) = 118
(14/x)/(2/5x)
(14/x)*(5x/2)
(70x)/(2x)

a1 = x
a2 = x + r
a3 = x + 2r
a4 = x + 3r
a5 = x + 4r
(x + r)/(x + 3r) = a2/a3
I don't think it's possible to figured out (x + 4r)/(x + 2r).
