Let the vertices of the quadrilateral be as follows :

A  = (0, 3)

B = (0, 2)

C = (1, 0)

So....the equation of the line is

y =  (-2/3)x     mutiply through by 3

3y = - 2x       add 2x to both sides

2x + 3y  =  0

To find the x intercept.....let y  = 0   and we have

3x - 5(0)   =  7

3x  =  7       divide both sides by 

x  =   7/3   ⇒    x intercept
