Sir CPhill has not approached the Queen requesting the appointment. 

The Queen would not say 'no' but Sir CPhill would not be so rude as to appoint the boy without the Queens knowledge and good grace.

It would be like marrying a lady without firstly asking her father for her hand.  Only a man of low morals would do such a thing and Sir CPhill is not such a man.

So, Nauseated you hath once again used trickery in an attempt to legitimize an appointment that hath not as yet been granted.

In NSW we would call it the HSC  (Highter School Certificate.)

Our (Australia's) education systems are state based.  NSW, New South Wales, is a state.  

Other states have different exams with different names. :)
